Macomb Conservation District

The Macomb Conservation District is a local unit of State Government and is tax exempt. We provide the following programs or assistance:
-- Groundwater Stewardship Program
-- Forestry Assistance
-- Pond Workshops
-- Purchase of Development Rights Program
-- Urban Wildlife Management Assistance
-- Conservation Education
-- Native Plant Selection and more

We work with other conservation groups and entities for a wealth of networking information and programs. The Macomb Conservation District can hold deeds/titles to land giving the donor a tax deduction.

The Macomb Conservation District needs your donations. Funding for the District has traditionally come from three sources: County, State and our fundraisers- tree seedling sales.
